Director, Site Director Engineering Operations

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director of Site Engineering Operations to lead the engineering, maintenance, and utilities organization at its Manatí facility. The role combines operational leadership with responsibility for executing a digital transformation strategy, advancing reliability practices, and driving sustainability initiatives across the manufacturing site.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to engineering, maintenance, capital projects, and utilities teams
- Execute digital transformation roadmap including IoT, analytics, predictive maintenance, and digital twins
- Establish reliability-centered maintenance and asset lifecycle management practices
- Own site energy management and decarbonization strategy aligned with corporate sustainability
- Lead organizational change management and workforce digital upskilling initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing experience
- 5+ years managerial experience in engineering or operations
- Knowledge of process engineering, project planning, and technology transfer
- Advanced data analytics and digital transformation expertise
- Fluency in English and Spanish, oral and written
- Leadership and continuous improvement mindset
