The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.Job Description:Lead Acquisition Efforts: Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities to support the company’s growth objectives.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Seller Ops Service, Relationship Managers, and Key Account Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for sellers.Onboarding Support: Guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.Adapt to Change: Embrace an agile working environment with a readiness to adapt to new priorities, processes, and market conditions.Reporting: Provide regular updates on acquisition performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes.Requirements:Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.At least 3 years of experience in business development, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.Highly adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.Familiarity with onboarding processes is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
