Title Processor

The Title Processor will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless preparation of title reports, commitments and policies. This full-time position requires a professional with strong communication skills, a commitment to teamwork, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an industry related role. Position Detail Job title: Title Processor Location: In Office - Tampa FL Position Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Hourly Salary Range: $36,400 - $41,600 Scheduled Hours: 8:30- 5:00 PM (Local Time) Key Responsibilities Assist the Title staff in all aspects of the title process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Daily monitoring of incoming orders to include entry & distribution to appropriate parties. Data entry of new orders, updates and final policy requests. Coordinate title staff and closing staff to gather necessary information required for reports, commitments and policies. Clearly and professionally communicate with all parties involved to resolve any issues or questions that may arise during the title process. Track and monitor internal and client timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. Prepare title reports, commitments and policies as directed by the title manager. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Title Processor or similar role in the real estate or title insurance industry. Familiarity with real estate industry terms, documents and processes Good typing skills Familiarity with Ramquest or SoftPro Able to work in the office at least 4 days per week Some title experience is a plus Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
