No travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with clear information about repairs
• Dispatch work efficiently to service technicians
• Write accurate repair estimates
• Coordinate daily activities of service technicians, customer service representatives, and parts department
• Manage workflow and repair processes to ensure timely completion
• Lead sales efforts within the service department
