License/Certifications: VT RN license; BLS, ACLS required
Experience: Previous psychiatric nursing experience preferred

What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate psychiatric nursing care for adult patients in an inpatient setting
- Monitor patient mental health status and administer medication as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Record patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a secure environment for patients and staff
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Vermont RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Prior psychiatric nursing experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience working night shifts in psychiatric or acute care settings
- Ability to handle high-acuity patients with compassion and professionalism
