Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: July 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 34-bed Medical/Surgical and Surgical Services unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Assist with and monitor patients undergoing total joint, spine, and orthopedic procedures
• Apply and manage traction equipment as required by patient care plans
• Adhere to spine, hip, and joint precaution protocols throughout the care continuum
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses and patient care technicians on the night shift
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic medical records system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice
• Minimum of 1–2 years of current acute care hospital Med/Surg or Orthopedic experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with traction equipment and orthopedic patient care
• Experience with spine, hip, and joint precaution protocols
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg or Surgical Services setting
