PRODUCTION LEADER

We are looking for an energetic Production Leader to oversee daily production operations, support employees, and ensure our manufacturing process runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support production employees to achieve daily production goals. Ensure all production processes are followed accurately and consistently. Learn, remember, and oversee each step of the production process. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and other departments. Monitor production quality and efficiency while identifying opportunities for improvement. Assist with training new employees and promoting teamwork across the production floor. Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry, production tracking, and reporting. Operate a forklift when needed (forklift experience is a plus but not required). Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high energy throughout each shift. Job Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is preferred. Proven leadership or supervisory experience is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remember and follow detailed production procedures. Basic computer knowledge and comfort using standard workplace software. Forklift certification or experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Dependable, reliable, and committed to maintaining high production standards.
