What You'll Do As a Production Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in both warehouse operations and conveyor belt fabrication. This position offers a dynamic mix of production, shipping and receiving, installation, and customer support responsibilities. Key responsibilities include: Build, repair, and fabricate conveyor belts and related components Install and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting in-house and at customer locations Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain shipment records and inventory data Coordinate with truck carriers and delivery services Assist with conveyor system repairs and installations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE Represent Belt Power professionally when interacting with customers and teammates Requirements What We're Looking For We're seeking motivated individuals who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn. Qualifications: Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and verify measurements accurate using a tape measure Basic computer and math skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications: Forklift experience Maintenance or conveyor belt technician experience Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments Physical Requirements This role is active and hands-on. Team members should be comfortable: Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds Working in warehouse, shop, and customer-site environments Standing, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the day Working at heights and in confined spaces when required Why Belt Power?
