Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 DOE + Performance Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Handle all aspects of written discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Appear in Washington state courts and administrative proceedings.
• Develop case strategy and provide practical legal advice to clients.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments and litigation strategy.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience .
• Experience handling hearings, depositions, mediations, and motion practice.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.
