Daily tasks include talking with customers, adjusters, production team to help document jobs, get approvals, follow up on payments, etc. This position is also very much focused on Servpro's compliance with insurance programs and national accounts. As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate with opportunity to learn and grow.Primary Responsibilities:Monitor job file statusMonitor job file audit statusMaintain job file WIPsMonitor and ensure client requirements are followedProvide updates to insurance companies and clientsReview and validate initial field documentationDaily job file coordinationPerform job file backupMaintain internal and external communicationsPrepare job file reportsComplete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit processComplete job file audit processPerform job close-outAssist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements:2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experienceOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesExperience with QuickBooks and/or general accounting principalsExperience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plusExperience in service industry environment a plusPolite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to multi-taskCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD/GED preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours:35-50 hours/week, salaried position will require working past office hours regularly.Office hours are 8am - 4:30pmSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies:This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated. In this role, you will give an estimate of the work that needs to be done with incoming customer calls and dispatch the work to appropriate teams within the franchise. Compensation: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
