Kinnaman's Auto Repair is growing and looking for an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Cartersville.
We're seeking a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving complex vehicle issues, and wants to be part of a professional shop that values its employees. If you're tired of working in a shop with poor management, inconsistent workflow, or limited support, you'll appreciate what we offer.
Compensation- Earn $70,000–$110,000+ per year based on experience and productivity
- Weekly pay

- 5+ years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and drivability skills
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Own professional tool set
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Automotive technicians with at least 2 years of experience
- Good foundational diagnostic and repair skills
- Reliable tool set
- Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
- Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently
- Perform drivability and electrical diagnostics
- Complete maintenance and repair services according to industry standards
- Inspect vehicles and identify needed repairs
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle findings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
