Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute Coaches bring our renowned curriculum to life. They coach weekly classes for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old and become superheroes in the eyes of their players. Coaches are well-trained to bring high energy and creativity to the games and activities they lead each week. Through our lesson plans, teach great fundamental soccer skills and help kids master important developmental milestones—all while being a bit goofy in the process. Arena Sports is a family-run business dedicated to family fun. We offer great soccer leagues and classes year-round. We also offer other ways to play, celebrate, and learn through our camps, birthday parties, inflatable FunZones, restaurants, and Family Entertainment Centers.
Responsibilities
- Come to work each shift with a positive attitude, ready to have fun
- Be available to work weekend mornings
- Create a bond with kids in your classes throughout the session
- Follow weekly lesson plans
- Adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute programming
- Set up, clean up, and maintain the field
- Complete recommendation cards and customer care calls each session
- Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season
- Assist with marketing efforts and community events
Qualifications
- Lil' Kickers/Skills Institute Coaches are team players who are reliable, creative, passionate, and willing to go the extra mile for the children in their classes.
- No prior coaching experience necessary (training provided)
- Food Handler's permit required
Compensation: $20.97 - $25.47 per hour
