What You'll Do:
- Create legendary member experiences with warm welcomes, engaging conversations, and genuine encouragement.
- Master the rhythm of the store including retail, shake bar, consultations, and member check-ins.
- Hold space empathetically for members struggling with health challenges.
- Stay focused and coachable during busy shifts, communicating with confidence and clarity.
- Represent the store and Project LeanNation’s mission with positivity and accountability.
- Support community events and help spread the PLN message outside the store.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready to perform.
- Embrace feedback and take pride in personal and professional growth.
