As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by providing accurate estimates for our residential and commercial projects. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare accurate take-offs and estimates for construction projects Create and submit submittals for approval Develop punch out lists for project completion Assist with pre-construction activities Manage change orders and scope development Required Skills: Experience in residential construction projects Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Knowledge of construction documentation and project controls Strong understanding of structural design and building construction Ability to read and interpret arcitectural drawings Nice to Have Skills: Experience with computers and estimating programs Previous experience with bidding and project execution Familiarity with Request For Information (RFI) process Salary and Benefits: Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000 Salary is dependant on years of experiance, knowledge of estimating and ability to close jobs.
