On W2 | $58.28/hr. on C2C No of Openings: 7 Application Deadline: July 15, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Primary (Must-Have) Deep domain expertise in Banking Products and associated regulatory standards Strong proficiency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies for Agile delivery Advanced Requirement Lifecycle Management: Proven ability to trace requirements from conception to deployment Business Analysis & Strategic Planning: Experience identifying market growth opportunities and driving profitability Product Design: Skilled in collaborating with cross‑functional teams to build client‑centric financial solutions Secondary (Good to Have) Experience in facilitating stakeholder workshops and alignment meetings Expertise in process improvement and implementing industry best practices Proven track record in client‑facing business development (8–12 years preferred) POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team in Columbus, GA. This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying market opportunities and delivering strategic solutions within the banking sector. You will act as the bridge between client needs and technical execution, leveraging your expertise in product design and Agile methodologies to ensure that our banking products are both innovative and compliant with industry regulations. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Product Development: Develop and implement business strategies to capitalize on emerging trends within the banking sector. Agile Workflow Management: Lead project delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, ensuring optimized timelines and high-quality outcomes. Requirement Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the full requirement lifecycle—from gathering and documentation to validation—ensuring all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. Stakeholder & Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, facilitating workshops to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution. Business Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth market research and business analysis to inform strategic decision-making and project planning. Cross‑Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, development, and compliance teams to ensure all solutions align with the company’s mission and regulatory requirements.
