Patient Services Supervisor

Manage front desk staffing schedules.

Provide direction and assistance to patient service representatives.

Onboard new patient service representatives.

Ensure staffing levels are adequate.

Provide regular updates and improvement recommendations to clinic leadership.

Lead and coordinate activities of Patient Services personnel under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer.

Serve as a manager and trainer for new reception personnel.

Provide a warm and welcoming impression to all patients and visitors.

Check in patients, obtain, verify and update any demographic and/or insurance information.

Answer phone calls, return patient calls, and distribute messages to physicians and staff.

Scan documents to patient's chart.

Collect co-pays and balances due.

Schedule appointments.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Have at least 3 years of experience in a medical office reception position.

Have at least 2 years of leadership experience.

Knowledge of Greenway EHR (preferred but not required).

Candidate must possess a strong attention to detail, have the ability to multi-task, and be service-oriented.
