Assistant Manager - Contract
The Brass Rail | 4601 State Hwy K
As the Assistant Manager at The Brass Rail, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bustling restaurant. This contract position offers you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will support the General Manager in managing daily operations and leading our dedicated team. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and have a knack for management, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
Management of Daily Operations: Oversee and ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service.
Management of Staff: Assist in training, scheduling, and supervising the front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Financial Oversight: Monitor daily revenue and manage the cost of goods to optimize profitability.
Requirements
Proven experience in a management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
