Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, observe assigned areas for maintenance or security-related concerns, and report issues through proper channels. Support daily operations at the location by following Allied Universal post orders, maintaining a visible presence, and completing routine reports and logs. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
