Shift Manager-Beach Bar (Seasonal)

Description

Responsibilities:

* Handles the administration of all beverage facilities.
* Completes payroll for the beverage employees, maintains data and handles payroll forecasting.
* Ensures the enforcement of policy.
* Maintains all records, reports and critiques concerning beverage services.
* Takes disciplinary and corrective action on Cocktail Servers when necessary.
* Meets with the staff on a weekly basis to reiterate policy and evaluate operations.
* Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.
* Other Duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Target Salary Range:

• $45,000 Annually

Basic knowledge of all phases of restaurant management. (required)
