Overview New York, United States | Posted on 02/18/2026 Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and record vital signs and medical histories. Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, and other treatments safely and accurately. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals to plan and evaluate care. Monitor and report patient status changes promptly and accurately. Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety procedures (NYSDOH and Joint Commission standards). Participate in emergency response procedures (CPR, code situations) when necessary. Document accurately in electronic health records (Epic, EHR, or facility-specific systems). Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required for hospital roles PALS or NRP – Preferred for pediatric or perinatal care areas RN license Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of recent experience in hospital, sub-acute, or long-term care settings ICU, Med/Surgical, OR, ER experience preferred New graduates may be considered for selected opportunities Competitive hourly rates between $35-$50 USD per hour (commensurate with experience) Working hours - 32 to 48 hours Shift differentials for nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits Comprehensive benefits package may include: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) per New York Paid Sick Leave Law 401(k) participation and continuing education reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr
