Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families at every life stage, from childhood to senior care.
• Oversee the management of chronic conditions, preventive healthcare, acute medical issues, and mental health support through a patient-centered lens.
• Conduct thorough physical evaluations, interpret diagnostic results, and create customized treatment strategies.

Education Required

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Current or eligible for a valid Kentucky medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
