Director Of Nursing (DNS)Director of Nursing (DNS) needed for a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Lynn, Massachusetts area!Typical schedule: Day shifts, Monday - Friday, with a rotating on-call requirement with other nursing leadership.Join a company that admires, cares, appreciates, and values its employees!We offer many exciting benefits:Generous tuition reimbursementHealth, vision, and dental benefits401K with company matchEmployee engagement/culture committeeCompany paid life insuranceEmployee assistance program resourcesSame day pay option available!Responsibilities:Develop and implement the written staffing plan that reflects the needs of the nursing departmentPerforms rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing careDevelop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical teamWork in partnership with the administrator to ensure quality, person-centered careDevelop, manage, and evaluate department policies and procedures by current rules and regulationsRequirements:Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in MAProvide oversight and direction to clinical teamMake rounds with physicians, as necessaryDevelop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical teamOther special projects and duties, as assignedNursing degree from an accredited college or university preferredThree (3) years or more years of experience as a manager/director of nursing in a nursing care center, hospital, or other related health care centerMust have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practicesPrimary series of COVID vaccination is requiredRange: $120k-$200k per year
