Sierra Medical Center, part of the Northern Nevada Health System, is a 170‑bed acute care hospital serving the greater Truckee Meadows region. The Senior ED Technician position is a per‑diem role that supports direct patient care in the Emergency Department under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide supportive care to Emergency Department patients under RN or physician supervision. Take, document, and report vital signs; notify the RN of abnormal results immediately. Transport patients as needed to other departments and inpatient units. Current BLS certification. Prefer one year of experience in an acute care setting.
