Marketing Manager

You’ll work closely with sales and leadership, build on an existing foundation, and make a real commercial impact from day one. What you’ll do Define and drive Invise’s B2B marketing strategy, positioning and messaging Build and run the yearly marketing plan across campaigns, content and events Generate demand for both new business and the existing customer base Own and develop HubSpot as a platform, keeping it clean, structured and effective Run events and webinars from start to finish, including larger ones Own the content engine: social media, website, blogs, cases, emails and more Use AI actively to move faster and work smarter every day Measure what matters and optimize based on pipeline impact and business outcomes What we’re looking for B2B marketing experience, ideally from tech, SaaS, CRM or consulting Expert-level HubSpot skills. You can configure, manage and develop the platform without needing a specialist Confident running events of all sizes, from webinars to larger in-person activities Active on LinkedIn, both personally and on behalf of the company Genuinely good at using AI in your daily workflow, not just aware of it Strong project management skills, with the ability to run several initiatives at once without losing quality or momentum Strong communication skills in English. Swedish is a plus Commercial mindset and a natural ability to work closely with sales The kind of person you are You don’t wait to be told what to do next.
