Then you’ll curate experiences—premium room upgrades, dining reservations, entertainment perks, gaming opportunities, tournament invitations—that align with what they actually want. Your job is to make them feel known, valued, and eager to return while making sure that the guest relationship is profitable for us. This isn’t customer service. It’s player development. You’re reading the room, recognizing patterns, and building loyalty that translates into repeat visitation and increased gaming spend across our resort. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties involve sitting while completing paperwork or using a computer. Duties include standing, kneeling, squatting, bending, walking, crouching, and stooping in order to perform duties. Essential duties may involve working in large crowded areas. Essential duties may include ladder use and lifting up to 30 pounds to stack, store, or move merchandise. Essential duties involve a flexible workweek and workday with standard breaks; additional hours are routinely required. Compensation and Benefits Base salary starts at $57,784 annually, based on experience. Eligible for quarterly performance incentives through the Player Development bonus program, based on profitable assigned portfolio growth, new and reactivated player development, new-to-property guest development, and team results. Incentives are subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
