Delinquency Resolution Specialist
Universal 1 CU
Universal 1 Credit Union seeks a Collections Associate to handle delinquent member accounts across Visa, LOCs, real estate loans, and more. You will contact members to arrange payment plans, discuss options, and protect collateral while upholding the Credit Union's professional image. You will monitor loan statuses, generate reports, and apply approved collection methods, including potential legal actions when needed.
