Nxt Property Management is looking for a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join the team at Arden Place Apartments in Orem, Utah.This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys a variety of responsibilities throughout the day, and values being part of a collaborative team environment.Position OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll play an important role in maintaining the appearance, functionality, and overall upkeep of the Arden Place community. You'll work closely with the onsite team to ensure residents receive timely service and the property remains well cared for.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance and repair work throughout the apartment communityRespond to resident service requests in a timely and professional mannerComplete apartment turns and prepare vacant units for incoming residentsAssist with preventative maintenance of building systems, amenities, and common areasSupport curb appeal through light groundskeeping and property upkeepTroubleshoot maintenance issues involving appliances, plumbing, electrical, and general repairsPartner with office staff and team members to support daily community operationsDeliver excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and fellow associatesCompensation & BenefitsPay: $21+ per hour, based on experienceFull-time benefits include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and sick timeHealth Savings Account (HSA) optionOngoing training and development opportunitiesWhy Join Nxt Property Management?At Nxt Property Management, we believe great communities start with great people.
