Case Manager — Part‑Time Job Location: Franklin House – Somerset, NJ 08873. Position Type: Part Time. Job Shift: Day Shift. The Franklin House Transitional Housing Program provides housing for homeless women and their children in a home‑like atmosphere. The families are each provided a private and comfortable living space in which they reside for approximately 12 months. During this period, the women are involved in educational programs, build work‑readiness skills, secure employment, and gain parenting, financial, and other daily living skills. Staff are on‑site 24/7 to provide services and support as needed. Provide on‑site services and support, including direct service to clients in areas such as money management, daily living skills, psycho‑education, work readiness skills, etc., to enable transition into permanent housing. Provide transportation as needed to assist with childcare, grocery shopping, and other community needs. Support families’ personal outcomes to enhance quality of life. Utilize an electronic health record (EHR) system to write clear and concise progress notes. Pass all Agency and program‑specific trainings. Training All employees are required to complete 10‑15 trainings upon hire and on an ongoing basis. Trainings are a combination of in‑person sessions that require staff to commute to the main office in Raritan, NJ, and remote sessions via Go To Meeting. All trainings are paid. Valid driver’s license with no more than 5 points or DUI in last 3 years. Ability to pass and maintain required Agency and program‑specific trainings.
