An established, physician-owned dermatology practice in New Braunfels is adding a Physician Assistant with dermatology experience to start in or around March 2027. This is a confidential search; the practice will be identified during the interview process.

You will see your own schedule of medical and surgical dermatology patients - skin checks, biopsies, destructions, excisions, acne, psoriasis and eczema management including biologics - with the opportunity to build a cosmetic practice if that interests you. You will work alongside a board-certified dermatologist who is in the office with you, not across town. Experienced dermatology PAs will have a full template from the start; newly certified PAs who worked in a dermatology clinic before PA school get a structured first year with a guaranteed salary and no production pressure.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Guaranteed base salary, with a production bonus paid as a percentage of your net collections above a defined threshold. Experienced PAs are on the bonus from the first quarter; newly certified PAs convert after year one.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

- NCCPA-certified PA-C, licensed in Texas or eligible for Texas PA licensure and DEA registration by the start date.

- Dermatology experience is required: prior work in a medical or surgical dermatology practice, either as a PA or in a clinical role such as dermatology MA or technician before PA school. A single clinical rotation on its own does not meet this requirement.

- Comfortable performing shave and punch biopsies, cryotherapy and skin exams.

- Someone who wants to stay. We are hiring a long-term provider, not a stepping stone.

Target start is March 2027, with some flexibility either way to accommodate a notice period, boards or licensing.
