About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Loans Enablement Operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the end-to-end processes for syndicated loans, including the full lifecycle of both syndicated and bilateral loans. This role requires a deep understanding of loan closing, servicing, rate setting, payments, advances, fees, and portfolio management within the relevant systems. The VP will also serve as the operational lead for agency functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing by coordinating with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams. Resolving complex loan issues and client inquiries, interpreting and applying credit agreements and legal documentation, and overseeing the enhancement of loan operations processes are key responsibilities. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in syndicated lending, with a focus on loan closing, servicing, and trading. A background as a subject matter expert in syndicated loans is essential, as is strong proficiency with the relevant loan management systems. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a paralegal background is a plus. The role demands a candidate who can collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
