Benefits Specialist Employee Support & Case Management

Motion Industries

Motion Industries is seeking an Employee & HR Partner Support in a hybrid, on-site role based in Birmingham and Atlanta. You’ll respond to benefits inquiries, guide employees through enrollment, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues. Strong customer service and confidentiality are essential as you handle sensitive data and work with HR partners.
