Family Nurse Practitioner

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Family-NP - Family Nurse Practitioner--Community Based Clinic | Rural Health-New Graduate Friendly (Texas Hill Country)

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected team in a community based clinic. The Provider would work Mon-Thurs 8:00am-6:00pm and Friday from 8:00am-12:00pm. The Provider would see 16 patients per day in the clinic on average providing routine primary care services to the underserved patient population. Some of the patients have chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension and other co-morbidities. There is excellent collaborative support and tenured RNs and CMAs to assist. The EMR is Nextgen. The compensation package is $110,000-$130,000 with benefits including Medical (HMO options included), dental, 401K with match. Three weeks of PTO starting and this site is NHSC eligible so it qualifies for loan repayment which pays back $25,000 per year directly to your student loans with a minimum of a two year commitment in exchange for $50,000 paid to federally qualified student loans.

Relocation Allowance of $5,000 and Signing bonus is also negotiable and part of the package as well.
