Monmouth Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to help keep our skilled nursing facility safe, comfortable, and operating efficiently for residents and staff.
Pay: $20.00 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities- Oversee daily maintenance operations and repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair building, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Prioritize work orders and maintenance requests
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Assist with supervising maintenance staff and vendors as needed
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
