Learn more about us at .Key Responsibilities:Lot & Queue ManagementMaintain organized vehicle queues across WIP and finished goods stages.Optimize lot space utilization to support throughput and operational efficiency.Track unit status and location accurately to ensure proper inventory flow.Vehicle Quality & Inventory ControlKeep inventory at sellable quality standards through regular inspections.Maintain vehicle charge levels per established SOPs.Identify units needing reconditioning or escalation and communicate accordingly.Maintain key organization systems to ensure accurate key-to-unit accountability at all times.Conduct regular lot audits to verify unit count, placement, and condition accuracy.Ensure lot is organized and vehicles are staged in designated areas per operational standards.Reconcile physical inventory against system records and escalate discrepancies promptly.Vehicle Appearance & ReadinessWash, clean, and maintain the appearance of vehicles to ensure they meet company presentation standards.Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, test drives, and onsite inventory.Conduct routine vehicle cleanings and touch-ups to ensure vehicles are consistently clean, presentable, and delivery-ready.Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness while supporting daily operational and delivery needs.Shipping & Logistics CoordinationManage inbound and outbound unit flow with carrier and shipping partnersExecute vehicle ingress and egress, verify condition, document accurately, and resolve discrepanciesDriving vehicles between lots, showrooms, third party servicers, and chargersEnsure handoffs meet compliance and quality standards at every touchpointQualifications & FitExperience in vehicle logistics, fleet operations, auto reconditioning, or a related fieldFamiliarity with EV charging infrastructure and vehicle readiness standards (preferred)Comfortable with lot operations software, inventory tools, or mobile-based tracking systemsValid driver's license with a clean record and acceptable driving recordAbility to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and perform physical tasks as neededStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify condition issues, documentation gaps, and inventory discrepanciesPhysical and spatial awareness to safely handle vehicles and manage lot space effectively in a fast-moving environmentAbility to maintain accuracy and quality standards in a dynamic, high-volume environmentClear, timely communication with the ability to surface issues early and keep relevant stakeholders informedPhysical RequirementsAbility to perform physical work in a vehicle-service environment, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and working in and around vehicles for extended periods.Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate vehicles, including driving vehicles as needed in connection with reconditioning, testing, movement, and delivery.Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; ability to move heavier items with appropriate equipment or assistanceCompensation & BenefitsCompensation: $21-25 per hourEmployment Type: Full-TimeBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k); PTO and sick time.LocationSan Diego, CA — On-Site Required.
