Job Description: JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experience: 2 years LVN exp, OBGYN REQ, CA LVN -Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), CA IV and Blood withdrawal cert, First time travelers: NO, Special Requirements: Blood draw skills JOB DETAILS: Shift: M-F 5x8's, Weekend REQ: NO, Floating REQ: NO, Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission, NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMODATED. NO RTO WITHIN THE FIRST 2 WEEKS

COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required Flu Vaccine: Required - No Exemptions

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Number of Visits Per Day: 25, Number of Rooms: 5

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS), Amniocentesis, Must has good phlebotomy skills

Compliance: Modules: Modules are billable and non-billable, 10-40 hours Billable: the first 17 hours or HealthStream Modules are billable Non-billable: any time spent on modules after first 17 hours in non-billable Modules are completed pre-start and during orientation if not completed pre-start, and vary by specialty Modules are self-reported on module timecard
