Clinical Liaison (CL)

Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As a Clinical Liaison, you help communities become healthier by educating patients, families and referral sources about acute rehabilitation services. How you’ll contribute Educate the community on acute rehabilitation to develop a census through face‑to‑face contacts. Develop business based on the strategic goals of the rehabilitation program. Build relationships with referral sources within the territory to increase census. Identify barriers to the admission process and create solutions with the assistance of the program director. Perform onsite and in‑territory work through face‑to‑face contact with patients, families and referral sources. Complete in‑person in‑services and presentations to educate on acute rehabilitation programs and services. Other duties as assigned. Professional Development : Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. What we’re looking for Clinical licensure required (RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, RRT, LMSW). Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous clinical liaison, marketing or healthcare sales experience. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with physicians, nursing staff, discharge planners, case managers and social workers. Previous clinical experience preferred, with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems. Formal sales training preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
