Senior Corporate Accountant

Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Corporate Accountant to provide analytical and accounting support on a variety of topics within their different divisioins. You will become the go-to person for financial information including training other accountants and preparing reports for senior members of the finance team . Progressive career path offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial analysis for assigned trial balances/divisions including balance sheet and income statement variance analysis which explain changes in significant balances from period to period.
• Completing monthly balance sheet account reconciliations for certain accounts.
• Completing income statement account reconciliations for select accounts.
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation for working papers to support financial reports. xhyhwjd
• Being a key resource regarding adherence to accounting policies and SOX standards and procedures.

Education:

• BA Accounting, CPA strongly preferred (or some parts completed)
