• Experience partnering closely with Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, and/or Personalization teams.
• Strong understanding of how data, models, and algorithms can be translated into meaningful customer experiences.
• Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and quickly learn new products, technologies, and business domains.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of innovative meal discovery experiences that help shoppers turn individual products into complete meal solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with our Personalization, Data Science, Engineering, UX, and business teams to build showcase meal experiences around key "anchor" products—for example, helping a shopper who is purchasing chicken discover the complementary ingredients, sides, sauces, and other products needed to create a complete meal. You will own the product vision and roadmap for these experiences, translating customer needs and business opportunities into scalable product solutions. You will also help define the models and experiences that determine which meal recommendations are presented to shoppers and how those recommendations come together into an intuitive, engaging shopping experience. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who can move quickly, operate effectively in an agile environment, and translate complex data and technology capabilities into simple, compelling customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for meal discovery and complementary-product experiences.
• Partner closely with Personalization and Data Science teams to develop models and recommendations that connect anchor products with relevant complementary items.
• Work with Engineering and technical partners to define requirements, prioritize capabilities, and deliver scalable product experiences.
• Develop shopper-facing experiences that make it easy to discover relevant products and build complete meals around an anchor item.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate new experiences, recommendation strategies, and shopper behaviors.
• Analyze product performance and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business impact, technical feasibility, and data-driven insights.
• Facilitate strong stakeholder alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Personalization, UX, Merchandising, and other business teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure engagement, conversion, basket growth, and the effectiveness of meal recommendations.
• Rapidly onboard to existing products, systems, data, and business processes and begin delivering value quickly.
• Develop a scalable product foundation that can extend the meal discovery experience across additional customer touchpoints and shopping journeys.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and results clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
