Non-CDL Delivery Driver

We are immediately hiring a Delivery Driver for our rental facility in Odessa, TX to safely and efficiently deliver equipment, products, and materials to customers in a timely and professional manner. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime pay after 40 hours; role is subject to on‑call scheduling with additional compensation. Primary Responsibilities Operate vehicle in accordance with state and federal transportation laws. Transport loads safely, on schedule, and obeying all traffic laws and safety regulations. Maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas, following loading crew signals. Assist with loading and unloading goods, using specialized equipment when warranted; unload empty skids and return all equipment to the designated area. Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; deliver documentation to the shipping office or appropriate staff when the delivery route is complete. Facilitate routine truck service, including checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; report maintenance malfunctions to the Shipping Supervisor. Arrange trailers in shipping yards for optimal loading patterns. Perform other related duties as assigned. Why EquipmentShare? We use a people‑first approach powered by cutting‑edge technology. Skills & Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points. Ability to remain focused in a busy environment. Education and Experience Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal or state transportation regulations. Must pass DOT physical; trucks driven are over 10,000 lbs. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting in a trailer cab for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds at a time. Must be able to travel frequently. CDL drivers may be required to be clean shaven to deliver to customers with that requirement. This is a safety‑sensitive position; any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10‑panel drug screen.
