I opened my agency in 2025 after previously working as a State Farm team member in Louisiana and completing the Agent Aspirant program. Before joining State Farm, I worked as a strength and conditioning coach in Major League Baseball, and that competitive mindset still drives the culture of our office today. Our team of seven is built around growth, accountability, and pushing each other to succeed. I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and have been married for three years. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, spending time with our two golden retrievers, and watching LSU baseball and football. I'm looking for someone competitive, goal oriented, and driven who is ready to embrace the mindset of "do it afraid" and grow within a high performance team environment.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
