IT Business System Analyst

Dallas, TX, Mount Laurel, NJ, Plano, TX

Need Wealth Management and Asset Management, KYC Process

Salary: 130 to 135K/Annum

Job Description:

Analyze and document business processes related to wealth management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements or new solutions.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within wealth management operations.
Work closely with IT teams to design, develop, and implement system enhancements or new solutions to support wealth management operations.
Act as a subject matter expert on wealth management systems and processes, providing guidance and support to internal teams.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the wealth management and/or asset management industry.
In-depth knowledge of wealth management and/or asset management processes, including client onboarding, account management, and regulatory compliance.
Strong understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and experience implementing KYC processes within wealth/asset management systems.
Experience with system analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
