This position involves assisting customers, stocking and handling products, maintaining department cleanliness, and following food safety standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and standing for extended periods.

Job Duties

• Assist customers in locating products and answering basic questions
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
• Rotate and organize products to maintain department standards
• Handle and prepare products according to food safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Follow inventory, quality, and sanitation procedures

Requirements

• Ability to read, count, and follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Strong customer service skills
• Team-oriented attitude

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Regular lifting of products up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work a full 12-hour shift
