We’re hiring a School-Based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Hudson, Florida who wants a predictable weekday schedule, meaningful work with children and adolescents, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the community.

You’ll step into a school-based outpatient role focused on providing mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents. During the school year, you’ll provide services within the school setting, transitioning to community outreach during the summer months. You’ll have the support of a dedicated administrative and clinical team while utilizing evidence-based approaches, including play therapy.

You’ll practice in Hudson, Florida, a scenic Gulf Coast community known for its waterfront lifestyle, outdoor recreation, and beautiful sunsets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000–$80,000 based on experience
\n • Bonus potential for patient encounters exceeding the annual target
\n • Health insurance with employee premiums ranging from $46.90–$200.27 biweekly

\n • 5 CME days with a $2,500 annual allowance
