As our Last‑Mile Box Truck Delivery Specialist, you’ll be the dependable professional who ensures goods reach customers and distribution centers safely, on time, and with courtesy. Imagine starting your day with a thorough pre‑trip inspection on a 16–26 ft box truck, reviewing your manifest, securing freight, mapping an efficient route, and rolling out to deliver with precision and a service‑first mindset.

What you’ll handle

• Operate a box truck (typically 16–26 feet) to complete pickups and deliveries
• Load, unload, and secure cargo to prevent movement or damage in transit
• Plan efficient routes and keep to delivery schedules
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including records, logs, and receipts
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Provide professional, courteous service at every stop
• Report vehicle issues, incidents, or delays promptly

What you bring

• Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required based on vehicle size and regulations
• Clean driving history
• Experience with box trucks or similar vehicles preferred
• Ability to lift and carry 50–100 lbs
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities

Where and how you’ll work

• Local and/or regional routes, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends
• Frequent physical activity while loading and unloading
• Exposure to changing weather conditions
• Independent work with moments of team coordination

Nice to have

• Comfort with GPS and route optimization tools
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics
• Basic mechanical aptitude
