## **Quality Technician 2nd Shift (WedSun)**
**Location:** Hebron, OH**Shift:** 2pm-10:30pm | WednesdaySunday (Weekends Required)
**Pay:** **Based on Experience** Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented **Quality Technician** to join a growing manufacturing team in Hebron, OH. This position is responsible for inspecting materials, performing quality testing, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring products meet company and customer quality standards. If you have experience in quality control and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you! --- ### **Job Responsibilities** * Perform inspections and quality testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
* Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation using ERP and quality systems.
* Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
* Assist with equipment calibration, audits, and investigations of quality concerns.
* Work closely with production and engineering teams to support quality improvements and ensure compliance with company standards. --- ### **Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED required.
* At least 1 year of quality control or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
* Experience using measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. --- Why Work With Mancan?
