About the Opportunity
Join a BC/BE Emergency Medicine team with a unique opening for a full-time physician. The primary shifts will be at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center , with the possibility of incorporating shifts at our Fruitville Freestanding ED (FSED) . This position is perfect for physicians who appreciate a variety of pace and acuity while working within a stable, physician-led environment.

Highlights:

• Attractive compensation rates

• Independent Contractor (1099) status with Profit Sharing

• Approximately 40,000 visits at the main ED, along with a lower-volume FSED

• 27 hours/day of physician coverage and 20 hours/day of APP coverage

• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided by the group

Qualifications

• MD/DO; BC/BE in Emergency Medicine

• Eligibility for a Florida medical license

• A team-oriented mindset and a passion for physician-led practice
