Supply Chain Technician

Job Summary As a Supply Chain Technician, you will work directly in our facilities receiving and distributing supplies. Your primary duties will include ensuring accurate delivery of items to meet the needs of our patients. Responsibilities Process all “returns to vendor” or “returns to backup stock” and deliver supplies accurately and timely. Transport and deliver lead drugs, non‑prescription drugs, contrast media and drug‑containing devices. Receive expedited deliveries, key receiving into the SMART system, and deliver to the appropriate department. Enter all cross‑docked items into the SMART system. Review and maintain Min/Max for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders accordingly. Count par level areas (POU areas) weekly per schedule. Ensure POU items have appropriate barcodes. Perform QA random checks on totes. Rotate stock in POU and backup storeroom areas to avoid out‑of‑date items and assist personnel. Check after‑hour logs for charges and determine methods to avoid recurrence. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous stock clerk or customer service experience preferred.
