Work you'll do As an SAP Treasury Manager on the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading treasury transformation initiatives that help clients modernize finance operations, improve controls, and drive business value. Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions, including Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT integration, and Bank Communication Management. Advise clients on treasury transformation, treasury technology, and risk management priorities to improve operational efficiency and support business performance. Manage end-to-end delivery for SAP Treasury and treasury management system implementations, including scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, testing, and stakeholder alignment. Build and maintain client relationships, lead working sessions, and drive decisions across finance, treasury, and technology stakeholders. Mentor practitioners and oversee teams delivering treasury transformation work, with accountability for quality, knowledge sharing, and team development. Support practice growth through proposal development, sales pursuits, and the creation of tools, methods, and offerings for the market.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury with treasury technology and treasury management systems, including SAP Treasury 4+ years of SAP Treasury consulting experience across full life cycle implementations Experience with SAP Treasury components, including Cash Management, Transaction Manager, In-House Cash, Risk Analyzers, Liquidity Planning, Hedge Management and Accounting, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management, and integration with financial accounting and other applications Experience leading teams, managing deliverables, and mentoring junior professionals for technology implementation or treasury transformation projects Ability to travel 40%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
