Onsite Marketing Representative - Leader Bank Pavilion

Job Summary We are currently looking for an Onsite Marketing Representative for the Leader Bank Pavilion in Boston. This person, under the guidance of Onsite Marketing Team leadership and the General Manager, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation’s onsite marketing efforts. Responsibilities Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to the approved area for the allotted time at each show. Create and post lively real-time coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages (Instagram Stories). Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams. Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner. Stay up to date with Instagram trends, features, and best practices. Work with our house photographer to ensure quality content is being captured. Collaborate across departments including Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage to highlight specific venue offerings. Ensure signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate. Assist with general venue responsibilities as determined night of show by the General Manager. Evenings and weekend work is required. You must be available for all concerts in the 2026 season. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional). Music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred. Creative, proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay Rate The pay rate for this seasonal part time position is $20 per hour. (Hourly rate may range from $16.00 to $20.00 USD depending on qualifications and market location.)
