We are currently seeking a Fire Sprinkler Designer / Project Manager to use his or her creativity and extensive knowledge to estimate, design, and complete the installation of fire sprinkler systems. ** Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test, which will be completed before an offer of employment is made ** Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Produces detailed design documents from project specifications, architectural drawings, and code requirements Design automatic sprinkler systems including diesel and electric fire pumps, tanks, wet pipe systems, dry pipe systems, and pre-action systems and create shop drawings Perform hydraulic calculations Prepare fabrication lists and requisition materials for the job Prepare and submit final job close-out documents Meet client and customer needs while managing the completion of the operation by communicating with field personnel and subcontractors Coordinate between trades Employee/Family – Medical/Dental/Vision Employer Paid Life Insurance, Long Term Disability 401K with 3% employer match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Performance Bonuses Required Knowledge, Skills and Licenses: 2+ Years Experience in Fire Sprinkler Design Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record High School Diploma or Equivalent Working knowledge of NFPA codes and AHJ requirements Minimum NICET I AutoCAD Experience Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Licenses: Degree from technical school or college Experience in HydraCAD and HydraCALC or similar software Experience in Navisworks and Revit or similar software #J-18808-Ljbffr Boltonservice
